Esra Kürkcü Akgönül is an academic at Dokuz Eylül University’s Faculty of Sports Sciences and a passionate elite cyclist from Izmir, Turkiye. With a career spanning nearly two decades, she has competed in UCI national Olympic races and proudly represented her country at the 2012, 2016, and 2020 Olympic Games.
