What is the Retail Collection?
Our Retail Collection offers ready-to-wear, performance cycling apparel — no team order needed. You can browse and purchase individual pieces with the same high quality and technical design as our custom kits.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Where not specified, allow up to 14 days from order.
Can I return or exchange items?
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days for any valid reason. We do not impose penalties for cancellations within this period. To streamline the process, a cancellation form is provided to facilitate order cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
What sizing options are available?
We offer a full size range for men’s and women’s garments. Please refer to our detailed size chart and measurements before ordering. For sizing issues, our size reorder policy may apply.
