Three stages of fast racing, an international peloton, and a top-five result highlighted Factor Racing’s weekend at the 2026 Tour of Shanghai.

Factor Racing took on the Tour of Shanghai 2026, a three-day UCI 2.2 stage race that brought 21 teams to the roads of Shanghai.

Led by Directeur Sportif Jan Kušar, the Factor Racing Continental Team lined up with a young five-rider squad: Adam Bradáč, Li Ting Wei, Maj Flajs, Nash Lim, and Nejc Komac.

Three Days in the Shanghai Peloton

From the opening stage, Factor Racing was right in the middle of the action. The team faced fast racing, tight positioning, and an international field across three stages through Shanghai.

Adam Bradáč emerged as Factor Racing’s standout performer. After finishing with the front group on the opening day, Bradáč continued to stay competitive through Stage 2 and entered the final stage well positioned in the field.

Bradáč Takes Fifth on Stage 3

On the final 93 km stage from Fengxian to Nanhui, the race came down to a fast finish. Bradáč crossed the line in an impressive 5th place, recording the same time as stage winner Jesper Rasch and delivering Factor Racing’s best result of the week.

It was a strong way to close three days of racing and an important result for a young Continental squad competing against established international teams.

Beyond the Racing

Factor Racing’s Shanghai weekend extended beyond the peloton.

The Tour of Shanghai 2026 adds another international race to Factor Racing's season as the Continental Team continues to develop and compete on the UCI calendar.
