Strong Start for the Mentorise Teem CCN at the Tour of Romania

The 2025 edition of the Tour of Romania kicked off with an incredible performance from our riders, setting the tone for an exciting week of racing!

💙 Iustin Vaidian proudly became the first wearer of the Blue Jersey as the best Romanian rider after Stage 1. A well-deserved recognition of his strength and determination on home roads.

Meanwhile, Catalin Buta lit up the stage by making it into the day’s big breakaway. He stayed up the road for nearly 140km, fighting hard on every climb to collect KOM points. Thanks to his efforts, he now sits in a strong position in the King of the Mountains classification, with more opportunities to come in the days ahead.

It’s a powerful start for the team, and spirits are high as the race heads toward Bucharest. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for the boys to carry this momentum through the coming stages. Ride on! 🤘
