NASH JOSHUA LIM is a phenomenal and emerging chronoman. His breakout year began in November 2024, at the L'Étape Sun Moon Lake by Tour de France in Taiwan, where he achieved a notable result in a mountainous course, eclipsing the Tour de France's legendary rider Chris Froome and the Tour de France's most decorated stage winner in history, Mark Cavendish. Lim was just 22 then, heading into the National Road Championships, where he likewise conquered the elite category climbing Individual Time Trial (ITT) event in 2025—outpacing seasoned riders Nichol Pareja and Jhon Mark Camingao.
Three months after, during the MPTC Tour of Luzon Queen Stage on May 1, 2025, Lim showed yet another climbing prowess by arriving first at the iconic Lion’s Head ascent, before Pascual, the eventual stage winner and King of the Mountain, joined him fleetingly on the break.
A Factor Racing rider, Nash Joshua Lim, alongside his fellow riders Joshua Pascual, Ronald Oranza, and Joseph Bora Javiniar, are currently training together as the Philippine 4-man team time trial roster for the 33rd Southeast Asian Games in Thailand.
Lim’s untapped potential has yet to be unleashed in his next outings and is poised to become the next big thing in Philippine cycling.
