KINAN Racing Team Attacks Stage 2 of Tour de Kyushu 2026 with Aggressive Racing

KINAN Racing Team delivered another determined performance at the Tour de Kyushu 2026, taking an aggressive approach during Stage 2 from Oita to Kumamoto, Japan.

With an early breakaway effort from Arashiro and a strong late-race challenge from Rein Taaramäe and Koishi, the team remained active throughout the stage, fighting for opportunities to secure a victory.

Arashiro Joins the Early Breakaway

KINAN Racing Team made its intentions clear early in Stage 2 as Arashiro joined the day's breakaway, helping establish the team's presence at the front of the race.

Breakaways play an important role in professional road cycling, allowing riders to apply pressure, create tactical opportunities, and challenge the main peloton.

Arashiro's attacking effort demonstrated the team's determination to race proactively rather than wait for opportunities to develop.

Taaramäe and Koishi Fight for Victory in the Mountains

As the race approached the mountainous sections near the finish, Rein Taaramäe and Koishi joined the battle for the stage victory.

The challenging terrain created an opportunity for strong climbers to make their moves, with both KINAN riders fighting hard in the decisive stages of the race.

Their efforts highlighted the team's competitive approach and commitment to remaining in contention through the demanding final kilometers.

Although the team did not report a stage victory, its attacking performance showed its determination to challenge the strongest riders in the field.
