The Philippines wrapped up the 2025 UCI Asia MTB Series in style — with Go for Gold riders leading the charge in an incredible show of consistency and strength across all categories!

Shagne Yaoyao capped off a stellar campaign by securing the overall Women’s Elite title, thanks to three dominant wins and a runner-up finish in earlier legs. Despite placing third in the final round in Kumamoto, Japan, her early-season form was enough to clinch the series crown.

In the Men’s Elite category, Go for Gold’s Adrian Nacario also shone bright — finishing fourth in the final race but claiming the overall championship after a string of podium finishes in previous rounds. His consistency and determination truly paid off!

Meanwhile, Thirdy Mana-ay, another rising Go for Gold star, ran away with the overall Junior Men’s title, marking a breakthrough year for the young rider. Joining him in victory was Lexi Dormitorio, who completed a dream season by winning the Junior Women’s final leg — her third win in this year’s series — and taking home the overall championship as well!

Beyond the titles, these victories also earned valuable UCI points, helping elevate the Filipino riders’ world rankings and strengthening their bid for qualification to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics

Congratulations to Team Go for Gold and all Filipino riders for an outstanding performance on the Asian stage — proving once again that Filipino grit and talent can conquer the international MTB scene!
