CCN Sizing
The CCN Sport size guide provides detailed tips for measuring and choosing the right cycling apparel fit. It emphasizes that cycling gear is designed to be close-fitting for performance, recommending going up a size for a more relaxed feel or if measurements are between sizes. Guidance covers how to accurately measure chest and waist using a soft tape measure, ensuring comfort by keeping the tape snug but not tight, and avoiding the use of standard pants sizing for the best results

FIT TIPS
Cycling apparel is designed to fit close to the body for performance. A skin-tight jersey is normal for race-level fit. However, if you prefer a more relaxed feel or dislike a very tight fit, consider choosing the next size up to match your personal comfort.
If you fall between sizes or are near the upper end of a size range, it is recommended to size up.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR THE BEST FIT
CHEST
Measure around the fullest part of your chest. Pulling it too tight will result in a jersey that fits the same way, too tight.
WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, just above the hip bones. Relax your stomach. The tape should sit flat without compressing your skin.
Don't use your pants size, or other clothing brands, its best to measure!
